Landmark Australia wine tastings were central to the Savour Australia 2013 program and showcased wines that exemplify Australia’s ultimate wine offering. Landmark Australia referred to Australia’s regionally distinct and fine wine story: wines, vineyards and producers with an individual expression distinctly different from any other. To make such wines, every aspect of production – from where it is grown, when and how it is harvested through to the philosophy of the winemaker – is taken into consideration to allow the character of the fruit, region and site to shine through.

Savour Australia 2013 will include Landmark wine tastings in the program on Monday and Tuesday.

Several of the Landmark Australia wine tastings were taken out of the traditional “classroom-style” tasting and held at Adelaide’s top locations. Delegates had the opportunity to taste up to 20 of Australia’s best wines as selected by our expert panel of leading Australian wine media and industry professionals.
